Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with computer/server hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of operating systems and IP networking fundamentals.
• Ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Willingness to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help build, troubleshoot, maintain and operate mission-critical infrastructure.
• Perform routine electrical and cooling system maintenance.
• Support deployment and maintenance of networks, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor environmental metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
