You will install and cable servers, switches, storage systems, and related infrastructure, and assist with rack-and-stack activities. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years of data center experience, a basic understanding of hardware and cabling, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and cabling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a data center environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, as part of a 24/7 operation.

As a Data Center Technician 1, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Data Center Support Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Midland/Odessa, Texas

Pay Range:$28-37/hour, based on experience
