Service Robot Co. is looking for technicians to install and maintain hardware inside data centers in Fullerton, California.

This on-site contract role involves working with remote engineers to complete physical tasks such as installing servers, running cables, and replacing failed parts. You will follow diagrams and approved maintenance schedules, report progress to remote colleagues, and record serial numbers and locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, cabling, AV, electronics repair, or building computers.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and keep accurate records.
• Comfort working independently and communicating with remote engineers.
• Availability for overnight maintenance work.
• Comfort working on your feet in cold, noisy rooms with hearing protection.
• Ability to pass a background check and site security screening.

Training

You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. The Academy is certificate training that we subsidize. Your first assignment is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
