Job summary

WorkforceLinc seeks experienced HVAC and cooling systems professionals to train the next generation of data center technicians in Houston, TX. You will teach chilled water, electrical diagnostics, and networking fundamentals, while promoting safe work practices.

No prior teaching experience is required; industry experience matters most as you mentor aspiring technicians and share real-world expertise.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in HVAC, BAS, or cooling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Passion for mentoring others.
• Comfortable with technology and technical documentation.
• No teaching experience required.

This is an apprentice-level program focused on building strong fundamentals through hands-on learning, safety, and troubleshooting.

We’re looking for experience in:

HVAC Service & Troubleshooting
Chillers & Critical Cooling
Electrical Systems
Controls & DDC
BAS / Building Automation

No teaching experience required.
Your industry experience matters most.
