Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Team Lead to Build A Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm). The role focuses on material orders, customer service, and inventory management, plus assembling servers and electronic components.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in datacenter or warehouse settings.
• Experience with inventory and material handling processes.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics for server racks.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping docs.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and verify part numbers.
• Run daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical parts.
• Install and populate electronic components in server racks per diagrams.
• Operate handling equipment and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Demonstrate flexibility to cross-train across departments.
