Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Henderson, USA is seeking a Data Center Team Lead to mentor the warehouse team, supervise shipping/receiving, and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld. The role is full-time and on-site at our Henderson distribution center.

You will lead distribution activities, train associates on SOPs, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain productivity and accuracy, including forklift operations and certification for staff.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is preferred or required for the role.
• Experience mentoring and training distribution staff is advantageous.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving and quality control SOPs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates in distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Train associates on SOPs for shipping, receiving, picking and quality control.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for new and existing associates.
• Oversee unloading and staging of inbound shipments and verify paperwork.
• Load orders accurately according to doors and trailers.
• Ensure all shipping/receiving/picking follows SOPs and document discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with customers and prepare site activity reports.
• Support quality, safety, housekeeping, and compliance for the warehouse.
• Direct warehouse team operations and assist in scheduling and payroll capture.
