Job description

Responsible for providing and maintaining effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management, as well as various customer material movement requests. Responsible for the assembly and installation of servers and various electronic components using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight, including management of shipping documents and records.
  2. Perform quality checks on freight, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition of materials.
  3. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenish critical spare parts at the datacenter.
  4. Process return shipments of electronic components using warehouse management systems.
  5. Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.
  6. Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
  7. Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools.
  8. Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
  9. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards in the work area.
  10. Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.
