Shift available:

D shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Audit and verify process control documents for completeness and accuracy.
  2. Enforce safety and quality policies across the organization.
  3. Coordinate training activities and assess audit effectiveness.
  4. Troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime.
  5. Maintain a safe, neat, clean, and organized production environment.
  6. Coordinate changeover activities and ensure accuracy and accountability.
  7. Support production goals and schedules, which may require overtime.
  8. Ensure compliance with ISO14001 & TS16949 standards, procedures, and work instructions.
  9. Complete production, scrap, and downtime reports accurately and timely.
  10. Perform in-process inspections using indicators and gauges to check product dimensions.
  11. Monitor equipment for abnormalities and address issues promptly.
  12. Manage changeovers of parts and fixtures efficiently.
  13. Inspect products for defects visually and manually.
  14. Accurately record process settings and conditions using verification check sheets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; demonstrated leadership skills necessary.
  • At least five (5) years of manufacturing experience, preferably in equipment assembly or high-speed equipment operation.
  • Ability to read and write sufficiently to follow work instructions and prepare simple reports.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Manual dexterity to operate machinery properly.
  • Corrected visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks frequently.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Frequent walking; occasional standing, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, stooping, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing. Ability to lift/move 10-50 pounds as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Warehouse/production setting with exposure to moving mechanical parts. Noise levels are typically loud. Use of personal protective equipment is required in certain areas.
