Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• 0+ years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• SE services for physical security systems and IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining system documentation and maintenance records and generate weekly and/or monthly summary status reports.
• Spending 4–6 hours per week staying current on industry trends and available products and services.
• Performing staging and setup for project support and self-instruction.
• Working with Systems Engineers to install and configure networks per IDP to meet customer needs.
• Researching equipment from multiple manufacturers to resolve installation/testing issues.
• Collaborating with Design Department to identify and correct design problems during the design cycle.
• Suggesting process improvements and cost savings to aid the Implementation Department for future installs.
• Providing systems support for a large-scale HPC center including installation and management of computer systems and interfaces; developing and maintaining system documentation.
