Job summary

Conexess Group is seeking a Systems / Network Admin - Level I for 100% on-site roles in Illinois and Texas. These 12-month contract-to-hire positions require 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM hours with potential on-call duties.

Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, configuring LAN/WAN networks, applying software/hardware updates, and supporting data center operations. Minimum 2 years of DC experience and ServiceNow/DCIM experience are requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of data center experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar change control systems.
• Experience in DCIM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitors systems for optimum performance and availability.
• Installs, configures and maintains LAN/WAN networks.
• Implements system enhancements and updates for reliability.
• Troubleshoots and resolves system problems for customers and internal teams.
• Implements and monitors security policies.
• Documents and enforces system procedures and events.
• Participates in on-call 24x7 support rotations.
• Performs periodic DR plan recovery testing.
• May manage data access and permissions.
• May assist support groups with applications on servers.
