Position Description Summary:

Supervises production associates performing tasks related to loading and unloading freight, managing materials using multiple systems, and overseeing the assembly and installation of server racks and components.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Oversees, organizes, and coordinates cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
2. Ensures safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
3. Advises subordinates on work-related questions or issues.
4. Monitors work and inspects production areas for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance.
5. Recommends and implements procedural changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
6. Performs or assists with the duties of subordinates as needed.

The individual must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Working Environment:

• Assignment Complexity: Uses multiple systems and dashboards to ensure process compliance and accuracy.
• Accountability: Maintains service level agreements and ensures safety protocols are followed.
• Impact of Decisions: Erroneous decisions may lead to increased costs, delays, or personnel issues.

Essential Functions:
