Position Description Summary:

Supervises production associates responsible for tasks such as loading and unloading freight, managing materials using multiple systems, and overseeing the assembly and installation of server racks and components.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Oversees, organizes, and coordinates cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
2. Ensures safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
3. Advises subordinates on work-related questions or issues.
4. Monitors work and inspects production areas for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance.
5. Recommends and implements procedural improvements for efficiency, quality, and safety.
6. Performs or assists in duties, capable of doing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Working Environment & Impact:

Utilizes multiple internal and external systems to ensure process compliance. Maintains service levels and safety standards. Erroneous decisions may lead to increased costs and delays. Regular interaction with customers, peers, and site stakeholders is expected.

Requirements:

• Must pass background checks, clearances, and drug tests as required.
• Entry-level leadership role requiring solid interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Preferred 3-6 years’ experience in material handling operations.
