Job summary

Dynamic Group in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Site Safety & Health Officer to lead a proactive safety culture on mission-critical data center construction projects. You will ensure OSHA compliance, client safety requirements, and company policies while partnering with project teams and subcontractors to identify risks and prevent incidents.

The SSHO will conduct daily inspections, lead pre-task planning, train crews, maintain safety records, and drive continuous improvement across all

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience on large projects.
• Experience on data center construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce EHS programs on data center projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and client safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, hazard assessments and JHAs.
• Lead pre-task planning, toolbox talks and safety trainings.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to maintain safety culture.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as crane operations and confined spaces.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety records and regulatory documentation.
• Promote continuous safety improvements across all project phases.
