Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Project Coordinator for Special Projects to support data center construction activities, coordinating schedules, action tracking, documentation, meetings, and cross-functional follow-through. This role helps Special Projects teams execute remediation, retrofit, expansion, and infrastructure improvement work with clear visibility, disciplined records, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or construction administration in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience coordinating projects in construction, data centers, utilities, or industrial environments.
• Strong ability to maintain trackers, schedules, logs, and document repositories.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and technical leads in coordinating Special Projects construction activities across sites/workstreams.
• Maintain project schedules, action registers, meeting notes, issue logs, risk trackers, and documentation repositories.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-ups, owner assignments, and status updates with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track submittals, closeout documents, commissioning evidence, punch lists, turnover materials, and operational handoff documentation.
• Prepare concise project status summaries, milestone updates, blockers, and leadership-ready action lists.
• Monitor open items to ensure owners, due dates, dependencies, and escalation paths are clear.
