Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Sr. Category Sourcing Manager – Data Center to lead end-to-end sourcing for mission-critical data center equipment and expansion projects. You will drive competitive sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and partner with cross-functional teams to align category strategies with cost, quality, and risk objectives.

Remote role with national scope, offering competitive compensation and opportunities to influence procurement strategy within Iron Mountain's global organization.

Qualifications

• Core experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Proficient in SDSOs, savings metrics, and data-driven reporting.
• Clear ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Direct data center or infrastructure service provider experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing & RFx events for data center construction and expansion.
• Develop and implement regional/global category strategies and workflows.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, Finance and Legal to align with budget and timelines.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers; report cost savings/avoidance to leadership.
