Applied Methods Ltd is seeking a Data Center Solutions Architect to design end-to-end GPU infrastructure for high-demand workloads across multiple locations such as Houston, New York, San Francisco and Seattle.

You will translate client requirements into scalable architectures, including GPU racks, network fabrics, storage pipelines, and management systems, while collaborating with engineering teams and guiding deployment to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Data center architecture and large-scale infrastructure experience.
• Strong networking knowledge: leaf/spine, high-performance fabrics.
• Familiarity with GPU systems and AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with storage systems and distributed infrastructure.
• Clear communication of complex topics to diverse audiences.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

This role bridges customer requirements with deep technical design across networking, compute, storage, and data center systems.### **What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)*** Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements and workloads* Design full-stack data center solutions including:+ GPU racks and configurations+ Network architecture (leaf/spine, rail design, InfiniBand, Ethernet, RoCE)+ Storage systems and data pipelines+ Control plane and management systems* Translate customer needs into detailed technical architectures and specifications* Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment* Support deployment planning and ensure performance and reliability targets are met* Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers* Engage in future technology familiarisation and research.* Familiarity with AI tooling to augment design process above### **About You (Skills / Qualifications)*** Strong experience in data center architecture and large-scale infrastructure* Deep understanding of networking (leaf/spine, high-performance fabrics)* Familiarity with GPU systems and AI/ML infrastructure workloads* Experience with storage systems and distributed infrastructure* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences* Customer-facing experience strongly preferred* 10+ yrs relevant experienceThe range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location.
