Job summary

Wesco’s Advanced Technology Support (ATS) team is seeking a Data Center Integration Lead to guide deployment, validation, and commissioning of data center infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, GPU, power, cooling, and rack‑level systems. You will liaise with customers, sales, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

You will review rack elevations and BOMs, support Linux‑based deployments, and drive engineering standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in design, deployment, and integration of data center infrastructure.
• Strong Linux operating system knowledge and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel 10%–25% and support onsite deployments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical liaison across compute, storage, networking, GPU, power, cooling, and rack‑level tech.
• Review rack elevations, BOMs, cable schedules, IP plans, and deployment documentation.
• Lead validation, commissioning, and integration activities for complex data center projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for customer deployments.
• Mentor junior team members and provide escalation support for complex infra tasks.
