Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Facilities Infrastructure Technical Solutions Architect to lead pre‑sales guidance and design for critical data center infrastructure. This role resides in the Facilities Infrastructure team within WWT's GS&A organization, collaborating with Sales, Services, Partner Management, and Global Engineering.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data center facilities infrastructure, experience with OEM tools, and the ability to drive solutions across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of architecting data center facilities infrastructure.
• Ability to support pre-sales and solution design for facilities infra.
• Experience with OEM products and certifications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales guidance on best practices and solution design for facilities infrastructure.
• Develop consulting and delivery service offerings with WWT and partners.
• Enable sales and engineering teams through training and content.
• Lead OEM certification attainment and lab/demo builds in ATC.
