Come join a global operation delivering innovative power solutions uniquely from "generation to GPU", to the world\'s leading AI data center gigawatt-scale infrastructure projects. You will be a pivotal hyperscaler and colocation data center solution technical advocate and have a pulse on the latest architecture and design trends and tradeoffs to usher GEV into the next exciting era in data center evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author technical proposals and power system studies (load flow, fault analysis, arc-flash) in support of RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with NPI/PM team to validate new product designs against real customer power systems (system design, sizing, and integration).
  • Conduct internal technical training sessions for COE BD team and BU sales (minimum quarterly) on Data Center power architecture.
  • Represent and drive standards for GEV in OCP, Nvidia, other relevant organizations (joint role with Standards Liaison).
  • Build and maintain a library of GEV data center customer case studies and reference designs for use in proposals and marketing. Help generate detailed competitive analysis.
  • Serve as the center of competency for data center infrastructure design and operations/maintenance (full lifecycle perspective and knowledge). Disseminate knowledge withing GEV technical community.
  • Be able to guide roadmap, optimizations, TCO planning and analysis.
  • Must be able to travel, particularly within North America and EU, plus other locations.
  • Should have experience in infrastructure facility monitoring, telemetry, AI training and inference workload profiles.
  • Exposure in designing facility cooling and liquid cooling at the rack a plus.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Overall 10+ years of relevant data center power train architect experience at hyperscaler, colocation, or top-tier OEM supplier with extensive hyperscale experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time including local and international.
  • Must have personally designed, peer-reviewed, and/or operated/maintained the electrical systems for at least one hyperscale AI training (>=500MW) campus.
