Job summary

Diversified Safety Services, LLC. seeks an experienced Site Safety Coordinator for a data center project in Sterling, VA. You will drive a culture of safety, ensure compliance with manuals and procedures, and supervise subcontractors to meet EHS standards.

Responsibilities include conducting investigations, leading toolbox talks, and maintaining safety logs. Per diem is available for travelers; OSHA 30/510 required, NFPA 70E and LOTO experience preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• OSHA 510 preferred.
• First Aid/ CPR/ AED required.
• NFPA 70E required.
• LOTO, Arc Flash, Bloodborne Pathogens required.
• Data center safety experience preferred.
• Strong hazard recognition and risk assessment skills.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety Culture: enforce health and safety policies on site.
• Lead Safety Programs: design and implement safety plans and JHAs.
• Monitor & Report: track compliance and document findings.
• Identify hazards early; recommend preventive actions.
• Drive engagement: lead toolbox talks and trainings.
• Stay on-site and participate in project meetings.
