Job summary

Diversified Safety Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to support a Data Center project in San Jose, CA. This role drives a culture of safety, ensures compliance, and fosters a proactive approach to workplace health and safety on a large-scale site.

Responsibilities include developing safety policies, leading programs and JHAs, tracking compliance, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining documentation with a strong on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety programs.
• Excellent hazard recognition and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and enforce policies.
• Lead safety programs, plans, and JHAs.
• Monitor compliance, document findings, and report.
• Oversee site activity and supervise subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.

5+ years safety experience

OSHA knowledge

Data Center/GC experience

Education

BCSP Certification (STS-C preferred)
