• Experience with data center developers and operators.

• Ability to source and close deal flow in the market.
• Full ownership experience managing acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Commercial real estate background acceptable if no data center experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new sites for potential acquisition.
• Oversee due diligence and entitlement processes, including legal and regulatory approvals, zoning, land use permits, environmental reviews, utility agreements, and building permits.
• Secure ancillary easements to support utility agreements.
• Provide regular updates and communicate key milestones to senior management.
• Prepare and deliver investment committee materials for prospective acquisitions.
• Maintain oversight through construction and project execution.
