M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Security Installation Commissioning Specialist (Tech Specialist 3) to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. The role focuses on installing, testing, and commissioning electronic security systems across federal, local, and commercial projects.

The role requires interpreting drawings, configuring devices, troubleshooting in the field, and leading commissioning efforts at the Haskell, Texas site. Travel and physical demands apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years in security installation or an associate degree with 8+ years.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Pretest electronic security equipment before field deployment.
• Audit security drawings and site surveys using Bluebeam.
• Configure field devices and upload firmware/config files to network gear.
• Lead commissioning activities with the customer testing agent.
