Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Security Supervisor in Fairless Hills, PA for a full-time role with weekend shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd). Pay rate is $25.00 per hour.

You will supervise teams, monitor security protocols, and ensure client site safety across data center facilities. We value exceptional customer service, clear communication, and flexibility for weekend work. Requirements include drug screening, background checks, English proficiency, and licensing

• Position: Data Center Security Supervisor (Full-Time Positions Available)
• Shift Availability:
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts (Required to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday)

Pay Rate: $25.00/ hour

What We’re Looking For

• We are seeking Supervisor candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Be the friendly face and first point of contact.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential.
• Proficient Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts.

Requirements

• 2 years Supervisory Experience.
• Leading teams of 5 or more employees.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Supervisors.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
