Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Fairless Hills, PA, is seeking a Data Center Security Supervisor to join our full-time team. The role requires overseeing daily security operations, supervising staff, and ensuring client site safety.

Candidates should have strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills, be able to work 1st-3rd shifts with at least one weekend shift, and pass background checks. We offer weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisor with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ employees.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet licensing requirements for Supervisors.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites to ensure safety.
• Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.
• Handle physical demands: frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs and uneven terrain.

• Position: Data Center Security Supervisor (Full-Time Positions Available)
• Shift Availability:
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts (Required to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday)

Pay Rate: $25.00/ hour

What We’re Looking For

• We are seeking Supervisor candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Be the friendly face and first point of contact.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential.
• Proficient Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts.

Requirements

• 2 years Supervisory Experience.
