Salute Inc. is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor in Burlington, TX to oversee unarmed security officers and ensure client security and safety inside a Data Center environment. The role requires excellent customer service, strong English, and the ability to work various shifts.

Compensation includes full benefits and a focus on meeting client SOW and KPI targets. The position emphasizes training new staff, enforcing SOPs, and coordinating with site leadership to protect people and property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of surroundings to promote security and safety.
• Observe and report suspicious activity.
• Provide access control for gates to permit only authorized personnel.
• Manage traffic flow at gates to avoid business disruption.
• Maintain access logs.
• Monitor cameras after hours and notify DPR personnel as needed.
• Enforce site security policies and SOPs; train new staff.
