Job summary

RedCloud Consulting is seeking a Security Project Engineer to serve as the owner’s representative for physical security across multiple data center constructions in the Indianapolis area. You will drive onsite coordination, ensure adherence to security design standards, and liaise with internal teams, GCs, and SIs.

• 7+ years of experience in physical security systems or construction engineering.
• Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Onsite coordination for physical security across data center projects.
• Lead security kickoff meetings and guide GCs/SIs to approved designs.
• Ensure quality standards and conduct site validation using established checklists.
• Manage issue escalation and maintain project communications.
• Oversee commissioning levels 2–4 and closeout documentation.
