Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Security Services Manager to drive operational security excellence within Data Centers and collaborate with partner teams and leaders. You’ll manage communications, suggest improvements to surveillance and access controls, and write security processes and procedures.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, a proven track record in operations and customer service, and the ability to multi-task across levels from theory to real-world

Qualifications

• Proven track record in security operations and customer service.
• Experience with physical security devices and surveillance systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage chat queue, phone communications, and trouble tickets for customers.
• Drive security awareness campaigns to improve vigilance and effectiveness.
• Experience with workflow ticketing and extraction/development of performance metrics.
• Configure physical security devices including cameras, readers, and panels.
• Support daily operational security across a data center campus.
• Distill security strategy into daily tactics to meet management goals.
