Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Data Center Security Specialist to join the Infrastructure Operations team. You will manage physical security operations in AWS data centers, develop post orders, and define procedures to protect assets and people.

You will conduct security system checks, coordinate with vendors, oversee guard operations, handle incidents, and participate in audits and project work. Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using CCTV, access control and intrusion systems.
• Experience with various Access/Intrusion control Systems in a Control room environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical security operations, developing post orders, defining security procedures, handling site incidents, working with security equipment, participating in construction projects and driving day-to-day process improvements and managing vendors.
• Ensure consistent deployment of security policies, participate in site audits and testing of new security technologies.
• Lead security team activities, maintain security posture, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
