Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions and preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, vendors and contractors at a data center location by executing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of data center buildings, grounds and entry points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions and policy violations.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports in line with site requirements.
