Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Data Center Security Officer for a full-time role. The position covers several shifts and focuses on safeguarding critical facilities through access control, patrols, and timely incident reporting.

The ideal candidate is 18+, holds a high school diploma or GED, has strong computer skills, and demonstrates excellent customer service with leadership abilities. Pre-employment screening applies; wage is $24.90/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Strong computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and highly professional manner.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

• Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.

• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Wage: $24.90/HR

Available Schedules

• Wednesday - Sunday 11pm-7am
• Monday - Tuesday 7am-3pm, Thursday - Friday 7am-3pm
• Saturday - Sunday 3pm-11pm
