Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Security Manager to lead physical security across Reno facilities. You will design and enforce procedures, train staff, and coordinate with design, operations and construction teams to maintain high security standards.

The role requires 5+ years in security, strong communication skills and expertise with security reporting tools. Travel up to 25% is possible as the business grows and new sites come online.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of security management experience, preferably in data centers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with security reporting tools and software.
• Ability to develop and maintain security policies and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and oversee DC security operations and programs.
• Create and verify compliance with security procedures, training and policies.
• Oversee planning across multiple business partner teams and sites.
• Lead vendor service calls, maintenance inspections and escalations.
• Manage access control, visitor management and incident reporting.
