Marksman Security is seekingLicensed Security Shift Supervisors to oversee an on-site team at a Data Center in Atlanta Midtown. The role requires 1 year of supervisory security experience and GA 24 Hour Security License with GA Driver's License.

Expect to supervise 2–4 officers across a 11pm–7am Sat-Mon schedule and coordinate security measures on site. Hourly rate is $23.00 with strong benefits including 401(k), medical/vision/dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• One year of prior supervisory experience in security setting.
• Ability to supervise a team of 2–4 security professionals.
• Strong communication and quick decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Team supervision and on-shift leadership of security staff.
• Ensure compliance through inspections and reporting.
• Maintain regulatory awareness and apply security protocols.
• Provide security training and drills to staff.
• Oversee surveillance and access control monitoring.
• Prepare shift reports and incident documentation.
