Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Project Superintendent for data center construction. This role oversees daily site operations, scheduling, and secure installation of security systems, working closely with the GC and AUTS Project Manager on a high-visibility data center project.

The role is field‑heavy, demanding readiness to spend substantial time on site, manage subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion with strict safety and quality controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in the electronic security industry (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the job site daily and spend time in the field.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain the project timeline.
• Supervise installation technicians and subcontractors ensuring adherence to contract, schedules and quality standards.
• Communicate daily site activities and provide project status updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with the GC and AUTS teams to align with milestones and resolve site issues.
• Read and understand blueprint and schematic readings; assist with budgeting, permits, and subcontractor awards.
• Manage ASIs, RFIs, submittals, and coordinate inspections.
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets project standards.
