Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Project Superintendent - Construction to oversee field execution and onsite delivery of electronic security system projects. You will coordinate installation activity, manage field resources, and ensure compliance from mobilization through commissioning.

The role requires leading teams, coordinating technicians and subcontractors, reviewing blueprints, and maintaining safety and quality standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three (3) years of construction or security integration experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% to active sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, materials, and activities with the Project Manager.
• Serve as field liaison among customer, general contractor, inspectors, and project team.
• Conduct site inspections and drive timely corrective actions.
• Oversee site logistics, workforce planning, and installation sequencing.
• Manage RFIs, field documentation, daily reports, and punch lists.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
