Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Project Superintendent for Data Center Construction to oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and ensure security system construction progresses on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This hands-on role requires working daily from a trailer in an active construction site environment.

The Project Superintendent will work closely with the General Contractor (GC) and report directly to the AUTS Project Manager to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• Experience in electronic security, especially access control, CCTV, intrusion.
• Minimum 3 years of construction or installation supervision.
• Safety enforcement and site coordination expertise.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the job site daily, with up to 80% field time.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain the timeline.
• Supervise installation technicians and subcontractors for quality and schedule.
• Communicate daily site activity, maintain logs, provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with GC and AUTS teams to align milestones and resolve issues.
• Read and understand blueprints and schematic readings.
• Assist with budgeting, bidding, permits, and subcontractor awards.
• Manage ASIs, RFIs, submittals, and required inspections.
• Oversee quality control and safety compliance on site.
• Address safety, compliance, and construction conflicts.
