Job summary

EPC Project Management Consulting is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling operations for a hyperscale data center project on-site in Hanging Rock. You will manage a team of schedulers, drive master schedule development, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and executives to meet milestones.

The role requires 10+ years in data centers, expert Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and a deep understanding of civil, structural, MEP sequencing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and directly supervising a team of schedulers.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience within data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning analytics software (e.g., TILOS, Synchro 4D, or Power BI).
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing across civil, structural, MEP, and commissioning phases.
• Experience with schedule performance indicators, earned value analysis, and baseline schedule maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (AIA, FIDIC, NEC) and their schedule implications.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related field preferred.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise schedulers and ensure quality across project timelines.
• Oversee master schedule development and baseline integration using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Perform critical path and risk analyses to forecast delays and guide actions.
• Collaborate with PMs, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to align timelines.
• Evaluate schedule changes, maintain earned value metrics, and report progress.
