Job summary

Amicus Talent Group is seeking a Project Scheduler for a major data center build in Mobile, AL. This full-time, site-based role requires hands-on ownership of the project schedule and clear communication with senior clients and project leadership.

You will develop and maintain the master schedule across civil, structural, MEP, commissioning and turnover, lead schedule reviews, and drive recovery planning to mitigate delays. Recent data center experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Recent data center or mission-critical construction experience required.
• Strong GC/CM background with exposure to large-scale projects.
• Experience managing master schedules and updating critical paths.
• Ability to challenge plans and communicate impacts to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with recovery schedules and schedule risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master construction schedule across civil, structural, MEP, commissioning and turnover.
• Lead schedule review meetings with internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Identify schedule risks, delays and critical path impacts early.
• Communicate schedule changes and impacts clearly to leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master programme.
• Support recovery planning and schedule mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and produce updates and look-aheads.
