Job summary

Halo Technical Solutions Global is seeking a Safety Manager for large-scale data center construction in Nevada. You will lead safety programs, perform site inspections, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce regulatory compliance across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

The role requires OSHA 30, 3+ years of field safety experience, and the ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish a plus). Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience on large construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 construction standards.
• Experience with data center or large-scale industrial projects preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example in the field.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs in line with OSHA regulations and project requirements.
• Conduct daily safety walks, audits, and site inspections.
• Lead site orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety meetings.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and accountability across teams.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary on-site safety contact.
