Job summary

Halo Technical Solutions Global is seeking a Safety Manager - 1 to lead and enforce site safety on large-scale data center construction projects. You will oversee civil, structural, mechanical and electrical scopes, perform daily site walks, enforce OSHA standards, and coordinate with subcontractors to sustain a safe, compliant work environment.

The role requires 3+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30, strong field communication, and the ability to lead toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience on large-scale construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 construction standards.
• First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs in alignment with OSHA regulations and project requirements.
• Conduct daily safety walks, audits, and site inspections.
• Lead site orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety meetings.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and ensure accountability across all teams.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site safety matters.
