Job summary

NorthStar Energy Solutions seeks an experienced Safety Professional to lead safety on data center construction sites across Texas. You will partner with crews, foremen, and project leadership to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical construction, 4+ years in data center environments, and completed OSHA safety training. Travel across Texas is required to support projects and safety program implementation.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years in construction with a focus on electrical work.
• 4+ years in active data center environments.
• Completed OSHA safety training is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field safety efforts on data center sites.
• Provide real-time safety guidance to crews and supervise tailgate talks.
• Ensure OSHA, company and client safety standards are met.
• Drive incident response, documentation and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and project compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with field leaders to sustain a proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate with safety teams to reinforce safe work practices.
