Job summary

E2 Optics, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support safety program execution, compliance, and improvement at client sites and internal locations. You will help drive a safety-first culture, train teams, and assist investigations with corrective actions.

The role requires 2–3 years in occupational safety in construction, OSHA-30, and the ability to travel up to 5%. E2 Optics offers competitive pay and benefits, with growth opportunities in a fast-moving tech integrator environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years Occupational Health and/or Safety experience in a construction environment.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to positively influence others and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work days, nights and weekends as project requires.

Responsibilities

• Support execution, compliance, and enhancement of internal and external safety programs.
• Drive behavior-based safety culture to achieve accident-prevention and loss mitigation at customer sites.
• Provide safety training, instruction and coaching to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist Safety Manager with incident investigations, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Conduct safety audits to review practices and OSHA compliance.
• Track safety issues and support problem solving; travel up to 5% as required.
