Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead on-site safety for data center projects in Reno, NV. You will implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety policies, conduct audits, and mentor teams to reduce risk across subcontractors.

The role reports to the HSE Program Manager and requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on training to advance safety performance and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.
• OSHA 500 or 502 Trainer Certification.
• Proven ability to lead safety programs and audits.
• Experience with safety in data center environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program implementation and compliance on site.
• Conduct site audits, JHAs, PTPS, and hazard controls.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain safety.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and safety stand-downs.
