Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis is seeking a Safety Manager - Mission Critical to lead safety on Phoenix-area data center projects. The role emphasizes field presence, planning, coaching, and strict adherence to safety standards while coordinating with project teams and trades.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30, and strong regulatory knowledge, with the ability to drive safety improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a construction safety role on complex projects.
• Experience in safety for mission-critical/data center environments is preferred.
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 510 and CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/local safety regulations and safety program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety planning and field support for project teams.
• Coach site leaders and safety coordinators to strengthen safety culture.
• Conduct routine audits, inspections, and risk assessments on active projects.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis with actionable follow-up.
• Create safety reports and dashboards for leadership review.
