Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a safety-focused professional to lead safety planning, project-readiness, and compliance for data center projects at our Columbus sites. You will partner with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Construction Operations, contractors, and customers to define safety obligations, costs, schedules, and access requirements before contracts are executed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction safety and project compliance.
• Ability to interpret contracts and translate into plans and costs.
• Strong documentation and recordkeeping for trainings, inspections, and certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to train and present.
• Valid driver's license; willing to travel to active sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety planning, project-readiness, compliance, and construction support on data center projects.
• Coordinate safety submissions, prequalification systems, onboarding, and site-access platforms.
• Maintain jobsite presence, coach teams, manage resources, and respond to findings.
• Track closure of corrective actions and ensure uninterrupted site access.
• Develop tools and dashboards to improve submission quality and reduce risk.
