Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation seeks a Data Center and RF Technician in Tucson, AZ. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot data center hardware, cabling, and RF networks, while planning antenna installs and ensuring system reliability.

Responsibilities include hands-on use of test equipment, documentation, and cross-team collaboration. Requires security clearance and relevant certifications; travel up to 20% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI or ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
• Security+ certification within 90 days of hire per DoD 8570.
• Professional certifications such as CFOT, CAD/Autodesk, or soldering within 6 months.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and components.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cabling, wireless systems, data and RF networks.
• Plan and direct antenna installation and maintenance activities.
• Develop and improve work methods for cable and antenna installation.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, fabrication and test equipment.
• Create and maintain system documentation and data center records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions.
