Qualifications

• BS, BA or BEng in a technical field or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of technical IT experience in infrastructure (SysAdmin/DevOps/SRE).
• Intermediate Linux skills in a complex IT environment.

• Resolve platform health by addressing tickets and root causes.
• Perform deep dives and RCA on hardware, network, and automation issues.
