Job summary

JLL is hiring for the Rack Deployment Team Member in Spartanburg, SC. The role covers installation, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance of server racks and cooling infrastructure in data centers, including liquid cooling.

You will operate in 24/7 environments, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and document all activities to ensure reliability and compliance. Day and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data center rack installation, liquid cooling, or critical facility maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CDU operations and thermal management technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs with strict adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure server racks according to engineering specifications, including PDUs and cable management.
• Install and monitor liquid cooling distribution units and rack-mounted cooling infrastructure, including leak testing.
• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on rack infrastructure and cooling systems per work orders and procedures.
• Conduct 24/7 monitoring of CDU parameters via EPMS/BMS systems.
• Maintain documentation including installation records, maintenance logs, and calibration records.
• Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot system failures using established procedures.
