Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Design, Development, and Delivery Quality Program Manager to lead the 3rd Party Agent quality program within the DEC Quality team. You will oversee standardization, onboarding, and contract management for third-party agents across multiple data center sites, driving improvements and KPI-based oversight.

The role requires extensive QA/QC and Cx program experience in data center environments, with strong stakeholder coordination and a track record of improving design

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quality control & QA/QC or Cx programs for data centers or mission-critical construction projects.
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction programs
• Experience in civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines
• Experience leading QA/QC and Cx programs
• Experience in contractor, consultant, and vendor management
• Experience in mission critical power and cooling infrastructure or other critical systems
• Experience adapting to a fast-paced, hands-on work environment

Responsibilities

• 3rd Party Agent Program Management
• Maintain and update the Standard Scope of Work (SOW) Template for 3rd Party Quality Agents
• Assign and allocate 3rd Party Agents to sites based on project needs and resource availability
• Execute and manage 3rd Party Agent contracts
• Lead onboarding for new 3rd Party Agents
• Lead business reviews for 3rd Party Agents to evaluate performance and alignment with goals
• Assess Agent performance and elevate issues
• Conduct monthly 3rd Party Agent syncs to review site summaries and feedback
• Provide overall program oversight for the 3rd Party Agent quality program
• Assist with DDKO program overview for GC/EOR teams
• Quality metrics & issue management across sites
• Work with PEs and PLs to prioritize and resolve systemic design quality issues
• Collaborate on programmatic/ Lessons Learned and product E&O fixes
• Update Program Standards with field performance data
• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and external alignment for quality/delivery work streams
• Draft quarterly Quality OKRs and document escalation protocols
• Facilitate cross-functional feedback loops
• Coordinate cross-pillar dependencies across multiple teams
• Track and contribute to a monthly Health Dashboard
• Support lifecycle activities like OKR grading and quarterly reviews
• Drive resolution of cross-unit friction and escalate to leadership
