Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the quality program for data centers. This role involves ensuring that projects meet the established specifications through daily quality control responsibilities, leading the planning and implementation of quality activities, and coordinating with project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in large, complex projects, a technical degree in a related field, and knowledge of quality systems like ISO 9000 and Lean.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, construction, and/or commissioning for large, complex MEP-heavy projects.
• Previous experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.
• Knowledge of quality systems (i.e., Malcolm Baldridge, ISO 9000, Lean, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of the quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC responsibilities for projects to ensure compliance.
• Conduct quality walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders.
